Good product-looks like OEM.
Showed up after a few days and installed the part. These things are snapped in place over plastic dogs on the underside of the round airbox and if you don't get that right you will not get this filter clamp to work.

I view this as original equipment without a carrier brand on the cover. Very nice would buy again.

New filter beats old cork seal.
Better than the original. I found a Yamaha XJ650 with 749 miles on the odo. The air filter was ok except the old cork seal had deteriorated. The new filter look like the old ones but the seal is a rubber material.
