Superfine sound for size

Not too shab-but read this please
Ok first thing you should do before you turn this vacuum on, is unscrew the belt containing area, and push to turn the bar and belt until it rolls good.
When it arrived I wanted to run it of course so I did. And the belt started burning and smoke was Rolling out as I figured out the problem was that the bar just wasn't Rolling at all.
I thought wth?
Unscrewed it and it was stuck in this tight position. Maybe after being refurbished, I recommend the company to give the belt a good pushing on that roller bar. But if it happens to you then just try that yourself.
Once I got it moving, it has been fine. And glad I didn't burn up my belt cuz before I really figured this out I had turned it on a few times thinking it may have been something else.
It's noisy as can be but its a vacuum so. Overall it seems to be a good vacuum.
