No spiral wire holding the pieces of paper together

This does not have a spiral wire collecting all the pieces together - this has more of clip from which pages can easily escape. this is poor construction.

Does what I need it to do

I have two other HPs. they are good, solid machines. This new one, the 1315, is also a jewel. It came used, sound weird at first but printed as good as the other two. Came with regular post so I know it's tough. Now it's sounding completely normal, a new member of the family.
