Note to eBay: Your Global Shipping Program took longer than a normal/regular/standard shipment. It is, in a way, made me worry that I will never receive the item. From my observation, your in-shipping-warehouse to custom clearance took very long. And don't under estimate your shipping period: e.g. if an item is going to be delivered in 30 days, you should just mention it in the first place, instead of mentioning in the advert that the item would be delivered in 14 days. eBay should really analyse the shipping patterns for any delays etc, and include that into your future estimation.
I took it as a promise which you failed to deliver. If it was mentioned 30-day shipping in the first place (which really include your buffer for any delays etc), I really wouldn't make a fuss about this. If there's no delay, it's even better right? Customer would be even happier that the item would arrive earlier that what was stated.
