Liner but not a pad
This pad is very thin, not quilted so not very absorbent.
The backing is slippery and moves all over when placed on top of the sheet.

Just Wonderful!

Excellent Pencils
These are really wonderful pencils! They're creamy, smooth to use and the colors are vibrant . They are perfect for for all of the adult coloring books I have used them on. They are well worth the price.
