  The seller is honest and trustful. After I received this pair of shoes and found they were not suitable for me, I contact the seller and received my refund very smoothly. The only thing I disliked was the cost of shipping back to seller. Comparing the cost of the shoes, the fee of shipping back to seller is expensive.

  No a different item was sent. She did write a note apologizing how ever that the bag I had purchased she no longer had and sent a different bag. No communication until item arrived. Could have saved sending it back & waiting for a refund.
