Description says for hot or cold beverages but when you receive it there is a instruction sheet inside saying "Cold Beverages Only".
1 of 1 found this helpful I assume the makers want cold beverages used only because hot beverages will release harmful chemicals from the plastic. If you will use only cold beverages then you'll be happy with this. For me, I wanted it for coffee. Guess it goes into the trash.

Well built and accurate.
I've shot over 1500 rounds since buying this from the Crosman store for the best price you can get. Very accurate. Destroys soup cans forget about soda cans. I shoot measured distances of 10 meters, which is around 33 ft and 45 as well as 50 ft. Measured with a carpenters tape measure. As long as I have the target in the sight and shoot by keeping the gun still and squeezing the trigger softly, it will hit the target. Sight the target in and this great gun does the rest for you. The Co2 starts dropping off at 35 to 40 shots. I use Crosman Co2 and Crosman pellets only. I use their Pelloil on every Co2 tip and on the breech O ring every 250 shots. My 2240 is still completely stock. I read that this inexpensive gun is one of the top five made...in the world.
