  it was an honest error and when you requested a refund I gladly obliged yet you left neutral feedback- as soon as I received the item back I promptly refunded your entire purchase. I do not believe it was fair to leave neutral feedback I would greatly appreciate your retraction and leave no feedback rather than what you have left. Thank you
