    The item was shipped relatively quickly, but minimally packaged in a clearly re-used and ill-fitting cardboard box, if only a single layer of bubble wrap around it. The miniature was broken into several (7) pieces, not including the stand. Since the photos in the item description were of the miniature whole, it appears the poor packaging resulted in breakage during shipping. I'll likely be able to salvage it by using super glue, but it's a shame that I need to.

    Hello, we did receive your feedback, and I do apologize for any damage the item sustained in shipping. We do try to reuse and reduce waste as much as possible while still packaging the items as strongly as we can to minimize any issues. We obviously fell short this time, and the feedback has been addressed to improve our service in the future. I know it doesn't help with the item you already received, but I hope the future you'd be willing to give us a chance again. Thank you again.
