Not upfront about its limitations
2 of 2 found this helpful This doesn't seem to give reliable readings and won't take enough measurements to allow for useful apnea information to be collected.
It also feels cheap with poor software both on the device and with accompanying downloads.
An example of its flaws:
It claims to be able to log straight to a pc but, the only connection the user can access to plug in is also the connection used for the sensor.
