Good weather station with true forecast

These days people like to use cell-phone type multiple functional devices for everything. It makes sense. Dedicated mono-functional devices like this weather station still its own position. Instead of tap, tap, tap, tap and tap, it's always there and displays what you need. The display style does not change every 3 months. I like this device particularly because it show forecast retrieved from National Weather Service. It's professionally determined from many factors and data, while most "weather stations" show "forecast" simply based on the barometer reading. I wish this device to be connected more, for example, with SmartThings and Amazon Alexa. It is anyway worth the money,

Good solar battery. Needs supporting stakes.

I needed an effective gadget to keep neighbor dogs away that often leave droppings on our front yard lawn. I have installed ultra-sound/LED-flashing repellents, but they didn't seem very effective. This product has so many plastic water joints that I worried about leaking. In fact, one or two joints initially showed leaking, but they became okay after settling. The motion sensor has good sensitivity and it detects human motion from a 15 foot distance which is the longer side of our front yard. The nice thing is the solar charged battery. Since our front yard faces north and has no direct sunlight, I had worried if the battery would get charged enough. Two weeks after installation and about once or twice test activations per day, it is still working well. Be reminded to install one or two 12-24" rebars to support the sprinkler installation. The plastic monopod stake of the product won't support the pressure of water when it gets activated and the sprinkler will easily tilt or fall out.

Good value for the price

I bought this PS for lighting an LED tape on our kitchen's recessed light housing. It works fine. The only shortcomings are: - It's a bit bulky for the wattage - It doesn't need a 3-prong AC plug - some installations may have only 2 prong outlets - The Ac cord does not have to be detachable - actually, loose installation created hard-find instability Overall, it is good priced and versatile with a screwed connector.
