I know that was false because I took it to my jeweler that said a diamond was also missing. I reached out to the seller once again and his response was you bought it and it’s yours now. It's BLATANTLY obvious in the pictures on the listing. Item arrived to buyer friday afternoon. Saturday afternoon (24 hours later) I get a message that it's broken. Buyer claims to not have opened it until she sent the message about it being broken. Once buyer had another jeweler touch this item, who knows what happened, these people can be doing anything. Buyer reported to Ebay.

it works
the instructions are VERY vague, and you are pretty much on your own to get it to 100%....I was able to make it work and it does the job just fine. good price/value for what it is. I would NOT recommend to anyone that is not mechanically or technically inclined.....but if you are, it shouldn't be a problem.
