Great camera, easy to setup and use
Great camera, easy to setup and use with some good manufacturer support, cable a little shorter then could be useful.

Lightweight and built to a price
The Design is fine, but built to a price and the proof is in the detail.
The bushes that are in the pivot joints are plastic, too soft to support the weight of even a 32" LCD without deforming, twisting and having the TV on an angle. the tubing is very thin and twists also.
The 2 holes at the top are too far apart, had to re-drill to get them into a standard wall stud.
securing screws were too long to go into the back of the TV, even when the supplied spacers were used, needed to be cut. better than being short i suppose.
