Very good dvd set
Narrator is good; it's a documentary with reinactments for some of it, which makes it entertaining as well. Fairly well done for historical accuracy, as much as I've seen of it so far. I used an ephisode of it for one of my history classes on Rome.

Excellent Historical Fiction based on fact
Despite this lengthy book, I couldn't put it down. The book is based upon historical facts, and Queen Margot (sister to several kings of
France, and Queen of Navarre herself) was a very interesting and intelligent, and politically astute person who lived mostly in the later half of the sixteenth century. Dumas's storytelling skills are famous, and he doesn't disappoint in this book. Highly recommended.
