Get Fit, Get Happy--& Learn to Dance at the Same Time!
2 of 2 found this helpful I rented this DVD from the local library to try something new, and loved it...when I put it on in the living room, the kids come running to "dance" WITH me, the music and moves are so infectious! A great side benefit is that you're having so much fun, you don't realize you're getting exercise. It's an Instant Mood Booster--if I'm feeling down, I pop this in and...well, you've heard the saying, "If Mama ain't happy ain't NOBODY happy"...this just turns everyone's mood around!
I put buying this DVD and doing it on my New Year's resolutions, 'nuf said?
