Very good deal.
Great price for Windows-7-Pro for an old computer.
The only hassle is having to activate it over the phone rather than automatic activation over the internet.. Using a smart phone for activation is easier.

A Great Monitor Bargain
I have purchased 6 used Dell P1913 monitors, the last three with Soundbar Speakers.
They seem to last forever and have AC input rather than an external power supply.
The Soundbar speakers are far more convenient than external desk top speakers.
The last one I purchased was super clean and well packaged.

Low Cost Video Card
Gives a Windows-7 WEI of 7.1-7.1 in both 32bit & 64bit systems.
This is about as good as you can get with a single slot card for a BTX motherboard.
The fan is very quite.
Even though it is said to take up to 66 Watts, it worked OK in a Dell OptiPlex 780T with a Q9550 CPU but only a 305 Watt power supply.
Moved it to a another computer with a larger power supply for longer term use.
