Designed to fail in two years
2 of 2 found this helpful Starts off working fine, taking up to 1000 stills over a period of 3 months. Then after only 1-2 seasons 6 of the 8 developed the same failure. Each camera would consume the batteries within a week regardless of the number of pics. The other two stopped initiating the IR for night pics and they would be simply black. Stealth cam warranty is for 1 year only. They will sell you a replacement however at a discounted price if you return the old one. Their discounted price is slightly higher than new at many online retailers.
