Need documentation
It would be appreciated if the part came with instructions for installation. Everyone is not a mechanical engineer who has an aptitude for understanding the subtleties of re-installing the part. Installation took too long to figure out. The actual part works well.

Too tight on my head
I do not have a big head and it feels too tight. Otherwise, very high value. Hopefully the headset looses over time.
