  Shipping time was great. Packaging was the pony box inside another small box without bubble wrap or packing peanuts to cushion the pony box from bumping around inside the bigger box. But we were lucky this time & the pony made it just fine. My pony, “Crossing Rainbow Bridge,” arrived in good used condition as Described in the listing. This pony is one that I’ve really wanted add to my collection so it was a great Value to me.

  This is not a fair feedback rating. This item was double boxed. The original box was a factory box with molded styrofoam to fit the horse snugly in the box. This box was placed inside another box with very little room for movement. There was no need to bubble wrap the first box inside the second box. ( I dont even think the bubble wrap would have fit). The buyer even stated the item arrived safely. The item was shipped promptly and packed as well as was needed. A negative feedback is wrong.
