Lower Cost Pre-Owned Not Worth It

I purchased pre-owned batteries for btw 5-6 each. Unfortunately, even the discounted price does not make them a good value. They drain SOO quickly that you'd need to keep at least 3 or 4 spare batteries with you at all times, or a portable charger. I expected the overall life of the batteries to be reduced because they are used, but the rapid rate at which they plummet from 100% to 15% makes them impractical unless you're at home and can be tethered to a charger.
