A great tool to self-awareness & positive change
For anyone trying to discover their inner self, why they do what they do, what their true motives are, what their hang ups are, and most importantly how they can be better/do better, this book is a great tool!

It really works!
I love this firming cream for my neck area. I can tell a big difference if I don’t use it consistently. Highly recommend!
