Disappointed

I purchased two sets of this product. One cartridge came broken with the chip falling off, so it can't be used. I also thought they were al XL cartridges, but no, only the black. So, the value is not there. Also, the other yellow cartridge I received is already out of ink and I've only printed a few color pages. Way too soon! I don't think it was full like advertised. Finally, the ink is causing my printer to have issues it hasn't had before, so I'm concerned they aren't genuine Epson cartridges after all.
