No directions on how to program
This is about the 4th remote I have ordered. Our dogs think they are toys for them and can find them anywhere. Each time, I have to get on you tube to figure out how to program the remote. Once programmed, it works great. I am thinking about getting a spare, but not certain whether I would purchase it from this seller.

Not appropriate for a 6 and 3 year old
The only reason I purchased this CD is because my 6 year old grandson thought it might be "cool" since he has transformer toys as did his father back in the '70's and '80's. I did not read any of the reviews first. I ended up giving it to a friend at work with a 9 and 12 year old.

Bad deal--Don't buy this one.
I bought this because we have four remote controls for one TV to work the following: The TV, the DVR, an old TIVO, and a DVD/VHS, and I just knew this was the answer. WRONG. I am so disappointed.
It doesn't work, and is therefore a waste of money since I can't return it. I tried for hours to configure it with the computer with just the TV, the DVR and DVD/VHS players. We can get the TV and sometimes the DVR to work, but not the DVD player Then I had other people, one who programs and configures remote controls for a living, and he couldn't get it to work after spending a few hours and becoming very frustrated with it. Would anyone else like to try. I have seen other negative comments regarding the same problems, but figured since I had access to the satellite installer, it would not be a problem.
