1957 CHEVROLET 150 SEDAN KENTUCKY STATE POLICE 1/18 DIECAST BY HIGHWAY 61 18027

    1957 Chevrolet KSP Cruiser
The detail on the model is excellent. The original cruisers had 3-speed manual on the tree with overdrive which was a lever under the dashboard. The floor shift should have been left out of this model. Instead of putting on fuel injection I wish the manufacture would have opted for the dual 4-barrel carburetors with the bat-wing air breather. That way this model would be identical to what was in the original police cruisers.

The steering shaft support bearing would...
The steering shaft support bearing would not slide completely over the steering shaft due to the way the inner diameter was crimped. Had to remove the bearing then driver it over a shaft to open the inner diameter up. Once that was done the turn signal switch went into place without any trouble. The turn signals now work like they should.
