Poor quality

Multiple reasons. First, the heat shield that bolts to the front of it has three bolts. The holes are drilled wrong so you can't bolt the heat shield onto it. Second, the flange is not welded straight that bolts to the exhaust pipe. I had to fight with it to even bolt up. When I started it, even with the gasket in there and the flange tight, it leaks. Going to try exhaust paste to seal up the joint, but not sure that's even going to work.
