Long lasting relief
I applied it to my arthritic right hand at night. The first night I used it, the effects lasted for 9 hours. I was really pleased. The next night I woke up in the middle of the night with my face and lips burning, so could not sleep for ages. I must have an allergic reaction so have not used it since. I would be interested to know if anyone else had an adverse reaction.

iPod nano is very lightweight.
My old iPod stopped working and I needed to get a replacement that would fit into my armband and my docking station, so I went with the iPod nano.
