Computer fixed intermittent problem
My 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0L had an intermittent problem. It would run good for 5 days, then mess up, run good 3 weeks then mess up. It was very annoying. It would cut out, stall, and sometimes backfire. I replaced all of the usual parts: fuel injectors, spark plugs, cap and rotor, the 3 electronic parts on the throttle body, pretty much everything that would cause these problems. My mechanic couldn't find the problem either. I finally ordered this computer, and it now runs perfect. My Jeep has over 300,000 miles on it and is in great shape. I plan on driving it for several more years!
