LED bulbs are the way to go!
Years ago, I started using Christmas candelabras in my windows. For several years, I took them down about February, only to repeat the same process year after year. Then I moved to clear white incandescent bulbs and bolted the candles down (you need a long #6 screw and must drill carefully so as not to crack the case of the plastic candelabra) and left them year round. I have 12, so power consumption became an issue, as well as replacing the bulbs which go out. I solved it with these LED bulbs, which draw less than 1/2 watt. My x-10 system turns them on at dusk and off at 1 am. It helps to deter burglaries since the home looks lived in too, even when I'm away. These units are not quite as bright as the incandescent bulbs. But the silvery color they emit can not be matched by the filament-based bulbs.

Awesome
Strobe and speaker in one assembly saves install time. Has 25 volt and 70 volt taps for the speaker.

Not cheap, but it DOES the job.
There are sprays which pretend to kill bedbugs, but most of them are ineffective. At $20 per aerosol can, Temprid isn't cheap. But it works. Quit wasting your time on cheaper sprays, which you have to buy again and again, costing you more than Temprid. I'm impressed with this product and so far, so bugs have reappeared. You may have to use this multiple times, so save some of the spray for repeat applications..
