  The Seller advertised a controller removed from a working environment. What I received is a lightly used MasterStat Evaporative Cooler Control that was missing the fuse cap. It is impossible to find these fuse caps at an electronics shop or hardware store, so without it the unit is useless. The Seller’s recourse is for me to send it back. So, $34 in shipping to fix his mistake? My project can t wait so now I have to spend my valuable time soldering in a new fuse holder so I can use this.
