Item arrived late after 7 days of handling time. Bindings are partially broken, which was not addressed in item description.

Apologies about the broken trim piece on the binding. I did not see that as I was boxing up the skis. As for the delay in shipping. The skis were in transit for over a week due to weather. My lesson learned will be to not ship skis with USPS. I'd be happy to credit you a portion of your purchase price for the inconvenience of the broken trim piece on the binding, but I really can't control the weather and the speed of the US mail.
