Great humidor!
1 of 1 found this helpful My first humidor but it works great. Don't know if the bad reviews were defective units or what. I seasoned mine for 2 days with the supplied humidifier and an additional small bowl with a damp sponge inside. Humidity climbed to about 85 and dropped to 75 over the 2 days. Pulled out the sponge and bowl, put about 30 cigars in and it leveled out to a perfect 70 overnight. Has held a solid 70 ever since. And that includes pulling out cigars and adding on a pretty daily basis.No complaints at all!

Best purchase so far!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've only ever heard/seen great things about garrett detectors and now i know why. I only started into this hobby a year ago and got an o.k. entry level machine that came with a free pinpointer to start with. Thought I'd upgrade starting with the cheapest thing first and this garrett carrot does not dissappoint. My old pinpointer literally had to touch the object to sound off. Not this thing, it is pretty much a mini hand held metal detector. And water proof to boot. It starts beeping anywhere from 2" to about 4" from the target! No joke! And it puts you on the target so much faster. Now that i have a first hand experience of garrett quality i am dreaming of an at max or at pro full size detector!
