Bear Authority good bang for your "buck"

Bow shot great right out of the box. Slight sight adjustment and was placing silver dollar sized groups at 1 6 yds and softball sized at 27. 29 inch draw at 70lbs this bow is much faster and easier to shoot than my 20 year old Hoyt Raider which has been a great bow and got the job done last hunting season. Glad I decided to upgrade. The bow came set up per my specs. Shipping was fast and the price was right at under 3 bills. Bow is smooth, fast and quiet. I expected significant improvement over my 20 year old Hoyt but the Bear Authority is even better than I thought it would be.

It seems to be softening our well water which made very few soap suds before being installed. Also the accompanying orange staining seems to be halted or at least slowed in our sinks and bathtub. It has only been 10 days and there has been a noticeable difference in water quality. Ppm is 120 in cold water and 226 with hot water. That is very acceptable and is better than the water at my city home which also contains chlorine and ppm readings of 229 and 447. For under 100 dollars this is worth a try in my opinion. It may deserve 5 stars if water quality continues to improve.
