just the right size for what I needed

Highly recommend
I do food prep at a restaurant and we are always out of sharp knives. I really couldn't afford an expensive knife set so I tried these. Used them for the first time and was extremely happy with their sharpness and the feel of them. This was a great value for the money and I like that you can sharpen them yourself.
