No cool button, an actual setting to dry your hair without heat.
With the pandemic I stopped beating my hair with a dryer on high heat and a hairbrush, and lo . . .I discovered my hair is actually rather curly!! This means I can air dry it and save myself hours, cumulatively. Not only that, it's better for my hair!! I find, however, that a diffuser dries it a bit faster, and gives it more volume.
This is the only hair dryer I've found that has a heat free setting (as opposed to a "cool" button).
Invaluable, as I have experience some arthritis in my hands, and the less stress on my fingers the better.
I cannot imagine a compact diffuser, and this hairdryer is average size (without the diffuser). It isn't overly heavy though.

Comfortable at last!
I've spent years looking for the right pillow, from the cheapies at BB&B to expensive combos from the Sleep Number Bed people. I was visiting a relative and found myself sleeping with a Charisma pillow, and felt real comfort for the first time in ages. My head sinks into the pillow and is nicely cradled, and I have no neck issues the morning after (as has been the case in the past). I made this purchase about a month ago, and am very pleased so far. I have no idea how durable the pillow is, so I bought four. I hope this will keep me for awhile. Pleasant dreams.

Hard to find
These machines were great in terms of ease of use and durability. The model is discontinued and that's why I turn to eBay
