Like new
This printer was like new in the box with all the manuals & cable connectors. The ink ribbon was a bit dried out & printed too light but otherwise everything was great. I have newer ribbons for it so that was not a problem. I bought it to replace an old printer of the same model which needed a new print head. I am having my old printer repaired to use as a back-up. I need an impact printer to print 3-part forms for my business. THIS WORKS GREAT.
