Not the original ZB2L3. Beware of imitators
This is not the same board as the ZB2L3 which is the superior board for discharging the 18650 battery for capacity measurement. Be aware that this board does not store the set voltage for discharge even after power down. This automatically resets the discharge voltage at 0.5V which, if not changed, will destroy a Li-Ion battery. You need to reprogram the board each time you power down.

Good quality, missing a feature, firmware needed to be updated
I purchased this for a Ultrawide monitor with HDMI and DP. This dock does not have HDMI so I needed an adapter cable. If you need HDMI, get the 40A2 model. There is a known glitch with older firmware on this model that causes the screen to blank out temporarily. After 5 minutes of research, I was able to find and download the patch. Now it works great. Allows me to dock my laptop at my music workstation, or take it with me to write music on the road.
