easy to use
i find cartridges easy to use, but there are quite a few people who don't seem to understand how to use them correctly. it clearly states, on the packages, that when you 1st open them to use, you need to run water through them. it says to:- immerse in water for a while, then run water through it, at least twice, until the water runs clear, then they are ready for use, but some people don't read this, or follow the instructions, and wonder why the water is black on 1st use !!! this cartridge can also be a replacement for older models, also listed on the package. the only issue i have found, with this particular cartridge, is that it is taller than the original 1, and in my filter it covers the holes, so the water can not drain through properly. i have had to lift it up so it can filter better. apart from that, they are easy to use, and the water is wonderfully filtered afterwards. my kettle has not had any limescale since...

nice aroma...
2 of 2 found this helpful although it isn't as strong a smell as some, it still is a good product. i use mine as part of my conditioner for my laundry (white vinegar and this), as well as a scent to help me sleep, it works well, but does need a few drops more... but still good
