Great grill for the RV or tailgating
Just broke in my X200 this weekend. After the burnoff, and then seasoning the grill, I started with some chicken breasts. They stuck to the grate a little, but cooked pretty quick (about 15 minutes), and were just as juicy as could be. Hamburgers were next (80% lean, frozen 1/4 lb patties) took about 10-12 minutes and came out delicious. On both occasions, searing the meat on high (about 600), and cooking it on low (about 400) made for a perfect meal. The only issue I had was a small flare up with the burgers, and the aforementioned sticky breasts. The regulator operated great and stayed at a steady 400 degrees with the lid closed. Clean up was pretty easy, but I would suggest using foil in the drip pan prior to getting started. Overall great grill for the RV.
