Top end lock if it will fit!

Feels heavy and good quality and long, so no way you can fully turn the wheel with it on. It's very expensive though. I would recommend it with a big if, if it will fit your vehicles steering wheel! As it was advertised as the commercial vehicle version and an ad in a caravan/camper magazine I wasn't expecting any problems for my camper built on the 1997 Transit base. the steering wheel is slightly oval in shape and there was only one position on the wheel I could get it locked on! And that is still very tight but I can get it on and off ok. I would expect a commercial version to be able to cope with a transit steering wheel, hence I can only give it three starts.
