Very Poor tuner
0 of 1 found this helpful The product is in good condition and i don't have any problems with it's use as i downloaded the user manual online.
The problem is that the signal strength and quality is very poor which gives very poor quality in terms of distortions to picture and sound.
I have very good reception in my area with a very good out door Ariel. All other devices including my freeview panasonic tv and another freeview set top box get very good signal and strength quality so the problem can only be from the device.
When i scan my tv for new channels it gives me the choice of regional or all regions best quality (recommended) which is the option i choose. However when i scan with this device it only gives the one option London transmitter ( i think this is where the problem lies, hence my conclusion the tuner is poor)
