Get what you pay for. Or do you?
2 of 5 found this helpful Purchased two sets to replace my factory door speakers in a 2013 F-150 XLT Super Crew. One set came with a faulty speaker which is promptly being taken care of. I read many reviews before purchasing these speakers and assumed from the information that sound quality would be greatly improved even using the factory head unit. Boy was I ever disapointed. Bass has to be turned down to less than half. The middles and highs are actually quite good. I am thinking that a four channel amp will probably make an improvement, as I beleive that these speakers need some power to play nice. My fault I guess for paying attention to many reviews. I intend to purchase a four channel amp soon and will re-post and let you know.
