Cramer Groin Strap Hip Spica for Groin Pulls and Strain

Don't waste your money

I'm 6'1 slim build and it just about fits. After first time of wearing it the "vent"holes along it have started splitting. Wrapped around my thigh the ways indicated and at numerous other positions around thigh but after about 10 mins or less of wearing, it slips free as the Velcro is only at one end of the wrap. Expected ALOT more from this . I bought 2 neoprene back supports for £1 each , joined them together and they do a much better job of it.
