  Charged $20 to ship an item that cost $9 to ship. I asked about the reason for the overcharge, Seller replied that I was "threatening" him by asking this question. I would have been satisfied with a polite answer. See below: Hi. I received this book today. All good...except $20 for postage? It only cost nine bucks to ship. I did not leave feedback on this yet, but hoping for a reply here. thank you Seller: It is a direct violation of Ebay policy to threaten a seller with negative feedback

  Buyer explicitly violated eBay policies concerning feedback by threatening me with negative feedback unless I refunded money to him for shipping charges. My rate for shipping was very clearly stated in the listing, and he purchased the item knowing this in advance. Buyer has been reported to eBay for the infraction.
