Slow Wifi - Poor User Interface - No Response from Tech Support

Once I finally did, I found that even when standing right next to the device with my laptop, it managed to reduce my 220 mbps download speed to about 10 mbps. Not great at all. I contacted their support and have heard nothing in a week.
