  Item was openbox, not new. Was listed as "This is a new item. If you need better pictures or more details feel free to ask. Original retail packaging might be distressed (items such as tape, scratches, tears, etc.)" Would have been better if denoted as openbox but item was unused, so all good! Thanks!

  We are sorry you were not 100 percent satisfied with your item. We take photos prior to shipping of all my unopened box items unless specifically asked by the customer to open and inspect prior to shipment. We reviewed our photos of this item and it was unopened when it left our store. The shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc) may have taped, banded or otherwise attempted to make the item more secure for shipping. The shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc) may have also inspected the item for damages prior to delivery.
