Not just good for the money, a GREAT amp!

I've owned and built a number of valve amps and knew that this would be great value for money however I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it sounds. Plenty of detail, quiet operation, full sound at lower volumes, more head room than I expected and dare I say plenty of "Slam". It's certainly works well with many cartridges including my SPUs and is a good match for my home tube pre which uses classic components including blackplate RCA 7025 vales. I was open to re-wiring for 12ax7s and trying other valves but I'm VERY happy with the amp as is. BEAUTIFUL!
