New in box

This was as described a new in box power commander for the described motorcycle I had no problems with the install or the tune. When I called tech support for a recommended base tune for my pipes and intake they did not question the model or serial# so I have to assume it is a factory warrantied part. this is the fourth unit purchased from people in my group and we have had no problems with any of them.
