Classic Crosby!
Great music & spot on vocal harmonies in a live performance. 2 cd set is a great value too!

One of Elvis' Strongest Performances in Film
This early movie shows how Elvis had the chops to become a very good actor however his manager had other ideas for his bread winner in following inane movies. It's sad he wouldn't allow Elvis to fully develop his talents to their highest potential. I believe that it what drove Elvis into his self destructive habits. That said, I highly recommend this movie because it has a timely message & is delivered by a fine supporting cast including Buffalo Horn as well as by it's box office draw. It's a tragic tale of a close knit & loving family being torn by rampant racism on the 19th century Texas frontier & one member's sacrifice to save what remains of the family unit. It's a shame that the theme of this movie is still so prevalent in this present time.

A great read & superb eye candy for the handmade knife enthusiast.
Some very nice work by gifted artisans in various categories. Really enjoyed the article on James Bowie & his namesake knives rise to fame. The Sandbar Fight was written to make one feel they were eye witness to it!
