Pretty good with some quirks
I have 2 of these phones and it's hard to find replacement batteries that are any good (not just my opinion). I bought 5 batteries to find two that were ok ,and then the battery life is not great. The phone has pretty good features for the money.

Product came fully charged,but without any tools or instructions
Can't comment on the durability, because I just got it. Can't say it was easy to use, because I haven't used it, although I did have to buy special tools to install it! Not good questions.
