Easily formatted for Mac and up & running.
1 of 2 found this helpful Bought it to use as a Time Machine backup. No problems what so ever. It's very small and powered with just the USB cable. I chose this one because it seemed like the best value and had good reviews.

Great deal, fit perfect and works great on my 17 year old Ranger.
Like others have said, it's metal and seems very well made. There are several installation videos online that tell you how to install it. I sprayed the rubbing parts with WD40 and it works like new on my '01 Ranger. Great price — it was probably my best eBay purchase EVER!
